Healthy Things at the MN State Fair #2 of 7

We are here to shock and amaze you!

We all love the junk and fried foods of the fair as a special once a year treat. But in order to make us feel a little better about indulging, we have some “healthier” things about the Minnesota State Fair to share with you.

#2 VITAMIN D FOR THE DAY!

I arrive at the MN fair at 8am and stay until dusk. That is over 10 hours of direct summer sun exposure.

Of course we don’t want anyone to get a sunburn, but the Vitamin D exposure for that day is in full swing.
