We all love the junk and fried foods of the fair as a special once a year treat. But in order to make us feel a little better about indulging, we have some “healthier” things about the Minnesota State Fair to share with you.
#4 ADRENALINE FOR THAT GOOD FEELING!
With all the adventurous rides at the fair, you can get a boost in adrenaline when you are feeling a food coma coming on. Hop on a rollercoaster at the Midway, expend some energy by climbing the rock wall, or tackle heights on the ferris wheel or slingshot.
You may get a shot of adrenaline which is a hormone that can leave you with a feeling of increased energy, awareness, and strength.
