  2. Now picture yourself as that person: What do they wear? What do they drink? What do they eat? How much do they practice? How do they talk to themselves when winning or losing? What do they think about? How do they treat others?
  3. Next, visualize your game, your performance, or your presentation and go through each step with detailed precision of how you wish it to turn out.
  4. Then practice, practice, practice. Pro athletes spend just as much time training their mind as they do their physical body. You can do it once and be average or put in the work and see how far it takes you.
