We’re back in the clinic on our regular schedule, which includes appointments over the lunch hour on Wednesdays.

Monday: 9am – 12pm & 3pm – 5pm
Tuesday: 9am – 12pm & 3pm – 5pm

Recipe of the Month: Simple and Quick!

This month, we’re sharing a few suggestions from Stephanie Ewals with Out of the Woods Nutrition. She has some great ideas for families who need a quick – and healthy – option for meals this month.

  • Grilled Steak with Roasted Vegetables
    • Serve grilled steak with a side of roasted red bell peppers, broccoli, and potatoes. This meal is naturally gluten-free and dairy-free
  • Lemon Herb Chicken
    • Prepare baked chicken breasts seasoned with lemon and herbs, accompanied by steamed green beans and sweet peas. This dish is versatile and can be easily portioned
  • Baked Salmon with Cucumber Salad
    • Offer baked salmon fillets with a refreshing cucumber and tomato salad on the side. This meal is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and provides a good balance of flavors
  • Gluten Free Pasta Primavera
    • Cook gluten-free pasta and toss it with sautéed vegetables like broccoli, red bell peppers, and onions. Use olive oil instead of dairy-based sauce to keep it lactose-free
